Description
It is derived from Mediterranean olives of the highest quality. It has a mild flavour and a light aroma. It works good for frying, making sauces and filling any dishes.
Brief information
Olio di sansa di oliva (Olive Pomace Oil) is refined olive oil, pressed from the so called sansa or pomace, the remnant solid which contains a small quantity of oil after extraction. Sansa, or pomace, contains olive peel and bones left after cold pressing. Pomance cotains about 5-8% of oil, which can be extracted using the method of hot pressing. The produced oil must be refined. As a rule, a small amount of Extra Virgin oil is added to the refined olive oil, giving it a pleasant taste and aroma.
Olive Pomace oil works good for frying and baking. It has a high smoke point, which means it does not form carcinogens when heated. That is why it can be used many times in deep-frying. Refined olive oil can also be used with foods to be eaten cold.

Storage conditions
Keep in cool and dark place.
