Description
Extra Virgin olive oil produced in Spain. It is derived by mechanical means from Mediterranean olives of the highest quality. It has a strong olive taste and fruity aroma. It is perfect for salad dressing, hot dishes and for making sauces.
Brief information
Extra Virgin (Italian - Extra Vergine, Spanish -Extra Virgen, cold pressed oil, first cold pressing) is olive oil produced entirely by mechanical means without the use of any chemical or biochemical additives.
During the production process of this oil, olives are washed, put in the water for some time, and then gone thorough centrifugal machine and filter. Extra Virgin olive oil is the highest grade of virgin oil derived without use of solvents or refining methods. It is a pure product and is judged to have a superior taste.
It contains no more than 0.8% free acidity. As a rule, it is used for making sauces, dressing salads and hot dishes.

Storage conditions
