This oil is derived from raw sesame seeds under low-temperature conditions. It is appreciated for its special delicate flavor and aroma.
Sesame oil is used in Asian cuisine and is perfect for cooking dishes from poultry, seafood, and for filling various salads. This oil works well for frying.
It contains Omega-3 and Omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids. It is the best of all vegetable oils and it is the source of sesamolin.
